About VP Capital
VP Capital is an Australia-based emerging fund manager established in February 2018. Its main fund is VP Capital Fund I, which has a broad mandate to invest in listed equities, private companies, other instruments such as convertible notes, among other things. This Fund’s principal focus is on Australian opportunities – in particular, ASX-listed equities – but has also invested in other jurisdictions.
From time to time, VP Capital also leads or licenses syndicated investments or special purpose funds into unique opportunities.
The founders of VP Capital bring together a broad set of experiences which include wholesale funds management, investment banking, corporate finance, real estate and industry.
